Remember Jim this was the fifties and PC was an unknown. Plus Harry,'wasn't as you pointed out, in very good mood. And as the actor seemed them natural thing to do and the director agreed with me. Truth be told though the actor playing the English girl was my daughter so the whole thing was a family in joke.

"Bad Blood" was a interesting addition to the Harry Nile canon. Most of the action was told from the standpoint of the crooks. The Harry Nile stories usually unfold from Harry's perspective. This was an entertaining change of pace. I do have a small piece of nit to pick. Twice in this story Harry mocks a character because she speaks with an accent. I am NOT the politically correct type but this is not the Harry we know. But then, Harry didn't want to go to the reunion and was probably in a bad mood. Even Harry Nile is entitled to get a bit grouchy now and then.

Two very good plays. We really do miss Pat--she always gave a great performance. Wish she would do a guest shot now and then. Lee & Pat
